The Qualicum Beach Inn’s private conference room offers a unique experience for guests’ dinners and gatherings. Our conference room is equipped with a built-in A/V system, 90″ screen, and cordless microphones to meet your multi-media needs.

Seamlessly add an al fresco option to your events through the opening glass wall to our adjoining covered terrace area. In addition, the view of the Strait of Georgia adds to the charm of any gathering.

We can comfortably host 36 guests for sit down meal set up and up to 89 guests for pass around/reception style setup.
